Leadership

Lou Coleman
President & CEO

Lou Coleman offers a thirty-year history of General Management, Human Resource Management and hands on recruiting. Lou’s purchase of MBA Consulting Services, Inc., in June of 2006, followed a successful corporate redirection conceived, initiated and implemented by Lou.  As the man hired to the Presidency in 2005 to “reshape” MBA CSi, Lou brought  new ideas, focus, planning, delivery, and morale improvements resulting in more satisfied  customers.   This turnaround is a result of his leadership, both prior to and since, the purchase.  Under his guidance, MBA CSi has more than doubled in size, developing beyond the limitations typical of a small firm formerly focusing on executive search services, supporting primarily Fortune 500 corporate clients, to become a leading provider of professional services supporting the Federal government and other major Federal contractors.

As CEO and President of MBA CSi, Lou utilizes his knowledge, experience and vision to establish corporate goals, develop strategic plans, and actively pursue new business opportunities.   As President to MBA CSi, he has refocused the operation into separate, complimentary operations,  a commercial sector and a government sector,  providing professional services in three core areas:  workforce augmentation, information technology solutions, and integrated engineering solutions.

Before coming to MBA CSI, as President of Phoenix Systems Inc., he developed web based HR Solutions enabling companies such as Cisco Systems and IBM to hire thousands of qualified Telecommunications experts around the world.
